If you're an experienced Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant, this is a chance to take over an established Marketing desk, benefit from a very generous commission scheme and develop a Sales specialism where vacancies are already coming into the business. You'll suit this role if you enjoy being in the office with your team, building relationships and turning opportunities into placements. You'll be joining an established recruitment business with plenty of scope to make the desk your own.

The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage and develop the existing Marketing desk
Build the Sales recruitment side of the business
Recruit across roles including Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Field Sales and Software Sales
Develop new business alongside making the most of existing opportunities
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Attract, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage vacancies from initial brief through to offer
Become the go-to recruiter for Sales and Marketing recruitment within the team
About You
You'll be a Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant who ideally has:
Previous agency recruitment experience within Sales and/or Marketing
A track record of developing and managing client relationships
The confidence to develop a desk rather than simply service existing vacancies
Strong business development skills
Good knowledge of the Sales or Marketing recruitment market
A proactive approach and the ability to spot opportunities
A preference for working closely with your team in the office rather than looking for a predominantly home-based role
