This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for an experienced contract recruiter looking to take ownership of a Technology Change & Transformation market, build strategic client partnerships and establish themselves as a recognised expert within one of the most critical areas of technology recruitment.

Your Market: Technology Change & Transformation
You've built expertise within Technology Change & Transformation recruitment and understand the difference between programmes that deliver meaningful business outcomes and those that struggle to gain traction.
Whether supporting ERP transformations, digital transformation initiatives, cloud migration programmes, operating model redesigns or enterprise-wide change projects, you've developed strong relationships with Programme Directors, Change Leaders, Transformation Directors, CIOs and senior stakeholders who drive business-critical change.
You understand the challenges organisations face when delivering large-scale transformation and know how to identify, engage and secure the contract talent that makes these programmes successful. What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow a specialist Technology Change & Transformation contract market
Develop strategic partnerships with clients delivering major transformation programmes
Win and deliver high-value contract recruitment engagements
Become a recognised expert within your market
Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, Transformation Directors and Programme Leaders
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Collaborate across Experis to unlock wider solutions-led opportunities
Mentor colleagues and share market expertise

Who We're Looking For
Proven success within contract recruitment
Experience recruiting within Technology Change & Transformation, Business Change, Programme Delivery, ERP, Transformation or Digital Change markets
Strong business development and client management capability
A track record of building and growing specialist markets
Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
Commercially minded with a consultative approach
Motivated by autonomy, growth and building a personal brand within your market
