These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jobs-in.com website and services (the “Platform”) as a job seeker or candidate.
By registering an account, submitting your personal data, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Us (Data Controller)

Jobs-in.com is not responsible for how independent third parties use your data once shared in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs-in.com shall not be liable for:
- Loss of opportunity or employment
- Decisions made by employers, recruiters, or third-party platforms
- Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- These Terms are breached
- Unlawful or abusive use is identified
- Required by law or regulatory obligation
