The Results People are looking for a Recruitment Consultant based on site in Hinckley supporting our clients and their operations.

What We Offer:
£30,090 per annum + bonus
Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with management to understand recruitment and staffing needs.
Source candidates through LogicMelon, CV databases, online platforms, and recruitment open days.
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Handle recruitment administration, candidate registrations, and accurate record-keeping.
Ensure timely placements and full compliance with recruitment requirements.
About You:
Motivated, proactive, and passionate about recruitment.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage a high-volume workload.
A strong team player, eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Previous recruitment experience is essential.
Full UK driving licence required.
