Recruitment Delivery Co-ordinator – Temporary Staffing Solutions
Droitwich Spa | Full-time, Permanent | Office-based
£26,500–£28,500 depending on experience + branch commission and incentives
Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and helping to get things sorted?
Can you combine fast-paced recruitment delivery with strong organisation, accurate administration and the ability to think on your feet?
We're looking for a Recruitment Delivery Co-ordinator to join our established Droitwich Spa team, supporting high-volume temporary recruitment across driving, logistics, warehousing and other sectors, including key and national accounts.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining candidate sourcing, recruitment delivery, client and temporary worker support, compliance and administration.
You'll play an important part in helping us find suitable candidates, respond to staffing requirements and keep our temporary recruitment operation running smoothly.
You'll also support candidate onboarding and compliance, alongside checking weekly timesheets and hours, identifying discrepancies and liaising with temporary workers and clients to resolve queries ahead of payroll deadlines.
It's a busy, people-focused environment where priorities can change quickly, so you'll need to enjoy working at pace, building relationships and being part of a small, collaborative team.
What will you be doing?
-
Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, recruitment databases, advertising and other channels to support current and upcoming staffing requirements.
-
Screening candidates for relevant experience, qualifications, availability and suitability for temporary assignments.
-
Helping to fill high-volume and urgent temporary staffing requirements, maintaining regular contact with suitable candidates and building candidate pipelines.
-
Liaising directly with client contacts to understand staffing requirements, clarify bookings and help the team respond quickly and effectively.
-
Arranging candidate registrations and supporting onboarding, Right to Work checks, references and compliance administration.
-
Supporting detailed pre-employment checks where required, including DBS checks, employment history verification and relevant qualifications.
-
Maintaining regular contact with candidates and temporary workers, answering queries and providing a friendly, professional service.
-
Collating and checking weekly timesheets and hours, identifying discrepancies and liaising with temporary workers and clients to resolve queries before information is passed to our central Payroll team.
-
Maintaining accurate candidate, temporary worker, client, vacancy and assignment information across our recruitment systems.
-
Supporting the wider team across different clients and recruitment requirements as business priorities change.
What are we looking for?
Previous recruitment experience would be useful, but isn't essential. We're equally interested in people with strong customer service, administration, account support or operational experience who enjoy working with people and can adapt to a busy environment.
You'll ideally be someone who:
-
Has experience working in a fast-paced commercial, customer service or operational environment.
-
Enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and providing a high standard of service.
-
Is confident picking up the phone, asking questions and proactively contacting candidates.
-
Has strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Is comfortable working with numbers, checking information and spotting discrepancies.
-
Can manage competing priorities and respond quickly when staffing requirements change.
-
Is confident using IT systems, databases and other technology.
-
Takes ownership, follows things through and uses initiative to resolve issues.
-
Works well both independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
Experience in recruitment, temporary staffing, candidate resourcing, logistics, transport, compliance or account coordination would be particularly advantageous.
What's in it for you?
-
£26,500–£28,500 depending on experience.
-
Branch commission and incentives and rewards.
-
Work for an independent business owned by the people who work here.
-
Training, mentoring and coaching from an experienced recruitment team.
-
Wider learning and development opportunities, with the chance to develop your skills and take on more responsibility.
-
Support from experienced central teams across resourcing, compliance, learning and development, and continuous improvement.
-
Holiday allowance that increases with service.
-
A range of health and wellbeing benefits.
-
Central Droitwich Spa office with free parking, close to rail, bus links and local amenities.
