Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of participants and support them into work.
Deliver tailored CV, job search, and interview support.
Match candidates to suitable vacancies and submit applications.
Build relationships with local employers and promote candidates.
Maintain accurate records and achieve performance targets.
Provide ongoing support to help participants sustain employment. What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, employability, sales, customer service, or a target-driven role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised, proactive, and results-focused.
Confident using IT systems and managing administration. Salary & Benefits
