About the Role
As a Contracts Client Service Co-ordinator, you'll support the customer journey from order to plot completion. You'll work closely with site teams and internal departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Confirm delivery dates and stock availability
- Liaise with site agents, surveyors, buyers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate stock allocation for planned plots
- Keep clear, detailed customer notes
- Build strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Good keyboard and Microsoft application skills
