We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Temporary Customer Service Assistant to support a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries

Providing prompt, professional, and helpful responses to customers

Resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary

Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information

Processing orders, requests, or bookings where required

Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience
About You:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A calm and professional manner, even under pressure

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office

A positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first approach
