Temporary Receptionist – Cheltenham
We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support a busy and fast-paced organisation based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a front-of-house role.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome

Answering and directing incoming calls

Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are well presented

Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

Providing administrative support to the wider team as required

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area at all times
About You:

Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
