A growing company in the water and environmental technology sector is looking for a Product & Customer Support Executive to join their team in Bromsgrove.
This role sits at the intersection of technical products and customer support, supporting clients who use specialist environmental and water monitoring solutions. This role would be suitable for someone with customer support and/or technical experience looking to join a rapidly growing company with exciting plans for the future, and want long-term career stability and growth.
Key responsibilities:

Provide technical and product support to customers

Assist with product queries, troubleshooting, and guidance

Work closely with engineering and product teams. I.E Preparing & testing their instrumentation ready for dispatch and client specification.

Support customers through installation, setup, and ongoing use

Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards
Ideal background:

Experience in customer support, technical support, or product support

Driven individual who wants to join a growing company for the longevity and progress

Ability to explain technical products to customers

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Interest in environmental technology or water monitoring

Experience in Microsoft Excel advantageous
