We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to support the full loan application journey — from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the loan process inside out, and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional service to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by responding to client enquiries, guiding customers through loan options, and resolving queries throughout the application process.
Documentation Review: Review and validate borrower documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all case files are processed efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Work in line with industry regulations and internal guidelines to maintain high standards and reduce risk.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent Communication Skills – Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.
Strong Attention to Detail – Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines accurately.
Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using mortgage software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and Microsoft Office.
