Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities for senior leaders
Taking accurate minutes and ensuring actions are followed up and delivered
Preparing polished reports, presentations and documents using Microsoft Office
Handling incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently
Organising travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodation
Supporting wider office operations and key internal projects
What you’ll bring to the table as an Executive Assistant
Previous experience in an EA/PA role within an office environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HubSpot
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Experience within the construction sector
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, office-based
