We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our dynamic mortgage broker client and their driven team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire mortgage process, from the initial application through to closing. You will act as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loan Process Management: Oversee the lifecycle of mortgage applications, ensuring timely processing, gathering of required documentation, and communication with borrowers and other stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering loan program guidance, and resolving issues during the mortgage application process.
• Documentation Review: Review and validate borrower documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• File Management: Maintain and organize loan files, ensuring they are complete and up-to-date throughout the entire loan process.
Skills:
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mortgage industry software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Customer-Centric: A focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Working Conditions & Benefits:
• Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday no weekends
