The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
Cold call schools and education professionals to generate opportunities
Win new business and grow client relationships
Source, interview and place teachers and support staff
Manage temporary and permanent vacancies
Conduct client visits and business development meetings
Build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships
Work towards KPIs, activity targets and revenue goals
Overcome objections and thrive in a competitive environment

What We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence is essentail
Strong communication skills
Confidence to make sales calls and win business
