The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship-building skills.
You'll be responsible for:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Developing new business opportunities
Conducting sales calls and client meetings
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals
About You
We're looking for attitude and potential rather than recruitment experience.
You will have:
A full UK Driving Licence
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
