The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process while developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing new and existing client accounts
Winning new business through sales activity and relationship building
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
Managing temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
Negotiating fees and placement terms
Building long-term candidate and client relationships
Achieving revenue targets and KPIs
Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience throughout the hiring process
About You
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous recruitment experience in any sector
Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruiter
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded and target-driven
Ambitious, self-motivated and eager to progress
