Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to students with ASD and additional learning needs.
- Support students with communication, social interaction, learning, and emotional regulation.
- Assist teachers and SEN professionals in delivering personalised support strategies.
- Help students manage sensory needs and develop coping strategies.
- Support small groups with activities both inside and outside the classroom.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and social development.
