Looking for a fresh opportunity in education? We're working with a range of welcoming schools across Reading that are eager to bring enthusiastic, caring and dedicated support staff into their classrooms.
As an SEN TA, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils feel supported, develop independence and achieve their personal best. From providing one-to-one assistance to supporting small groups, you'll help children with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges.

We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years or specialist SEN roles.
Experience supporting pupils in KS1 or KS2 would be an advantage, but it isn't the only thing that matters. If you're motivated to learn, develop your skills and build a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
As an SEN TA, you'll need to be available Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 3:30pm. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities to suit different circumstances.
