What will you be doing?
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll work alongside teachers and other education professionals to help pupils feel confident, engaged and supported throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personalised one-to-one and small-group support
Supporting classroom lessons, interventions and activities
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and positive behaviours
Developing positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals

A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject
