Ready for your next role in education? We're partnering with welcoming schools across Reading that are looking for passionate support staff to join their teams.
As an SEN TA, you'll help pupils overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and reach their potential. You could work on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, supporting children with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

The ideal SEN TA will have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or within an SEN setting.
Previous experience supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 would be beneficial, but we're also interested in hearing from people who are keen to build their experience and develop a career in education.
You'll need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
