Recently graduated and passionate about helping children succeed? A welcoming primary school in Reading is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate SEN TA to join its team on a full-time, long-term basis.

What will you be doing?
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop independence and engage with learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions.
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development.
Building supportive relationships with pupils and staff.
Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.What are we looking for?
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
A genuine passion for working with children.
Strong communication skills and a patient, positive attitude.
An interest in child development and SEN.
A desire to pursue a career in education or psychology.Previous school experience is beneficial but not essential.
