The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage both candidate and client relationships while growing your own desk.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing new and existing client relationships
Winning business through sales activity and account development
Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
Negotiating fees and placement terms
Building long-term client and candidate partnerships
Achieving revenue targets and KPIs
Delivering an exceptional recruitment service throughout the hiring process
About You
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Recruitment experience in any sector
Current or previous experience as a Resourcer, Delivery Consultant or Recruiter
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially minded and target-driven
Ambitious, proactive and motivated by success
