The Role
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and finishes to exact specifications. Working with a variety of materials, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
TIG welding to fine tolerances (±1mm)
Welding stainless steel and aluminium components
Grinding and finishing welded products
Polishing components to a high-quality standard
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Maintaining strict quality and safety standards at all times
Working Hours
Rotating Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)
Week 1
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
Friday: 06:00 - 11:30
Week 2
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
Friday: 11:00 - 16:30

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
Previous TIG welding experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience welding stainless steel and aluminium
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work accurately to tight tolerances
A strong commitment to quality and health & safety
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
