About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to carry out a one day deep clean at a professional office and canteen facility in Dagenham on Saturday 19 September.
This is a deep clean rather than a standard clean, so the successful Cleaner will need to be thorough, have good attention to detail and be prepared to work until all of the required areas have been fully completed.
The Cleaner must be able to provide their own cleaning equipment and suitable cleaning products and must be able to drive to site, as they will need to transport their cleaning equipment with them.
This is a one day assignment only, with the Cleaner required to remain on site until the clean is complete.
Key responsibilities
• Carry out a thorough deep clean of the main office, back office and canteen
• Deep clean and wipe down all surfaces
• Clean desks, tables, worktops and other surfaces
• Hoover and mop floors
• Remove dust, dirt and general debris
• Complete detailed cleaning of all required areas
• Ensure all areas are left clean, tidy and presentable
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Bring and use your own appropriate cleaning equipment and products
• Remain on site until the required clean has been fully completed
Skills and experience required
Essential
• Available to work Saturday 19 September
• Previous cleaning experience
• Own suitable cleaning equipment and cleaning products
• Full driving licence and own transport to get equipment to site
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently
• Able to work until the clean is fully completed
• Ability to carry out a thorough deep clean to a high standard
Desirable
• Previous experience carrying out deep or commercial cleans
• Experience cleaning offices, canteens or similar environments
• Good knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
