Greet customers promptly and courteously upon their arrival at the service department
Consult with customers regarding vehicle service needs and provide accurate recommendations
Efficiently schedule and manage service appointments
Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
Provide customers with detailed and accurate cost estimates, obtaining approval prior to work
Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance plans to maximise revenue
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and work completed
Ensure high standards of customer care and communication throughout the service processRequirements of the Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or automotive environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in automotive service software and computer literacy
