Are you hands-on, practical, and looking for an opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're recruiting Production Team Members to join a growing team in Shoreham-by-Sea, supporting the assembly and production of high-quality engineered products.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in producing quality work, and are keen to develop their manufacturing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions accurately
Carry out assembly and production activities to required quality standards
Meet productivity targets and cycle times
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and housekeeping
Complete daily 5S and preventative maintenance activities
Work flexibly across multiple production areas as required
Identify and report equipment or component issues
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a team
Comfortable carrying out manual and repetitive production tasks
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or engineering experience would be advantageous
Own transport is beneficial
Ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern
