Our manufacturing client based in Chichester is looking for x5 Manufacturing Labourers to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. If you're reliable, hardworking, hands-on, and eager to learn, full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with general manufacturing and production duties

Moving materials and components around the production area

Supporting assembly and production teams as required

Using basic hand tools and equipment safely

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Completing basic production paperwork when required

Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, labouring, production, or assembly work would be advantageous but is not essential

Good reliability and attendance

Willingness to learn new skills and develop within the business
Location: Chichester
Payrate: £13.40 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:00 – 11:00
