Our Manufacturing client in Chichester is looking for x5 Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.
No specific manufacturing experience is required. If you're hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn, full training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Assembling products using basic hand tools

Working within a busy manufacturing environment

Completing basic production paperwork and records

Handling and moving components when required (lifting equipment provided)

Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Location: Chichester
Payrate: £13.40 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:00 – 11:00
