💼 The Role:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolving issues quickly and professionally
Providing high-quality support across multiple channels
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment🕒 Shift:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm✅ Requirements:
1-2 years' customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Ability to manage multiple enquiries at once🎁 What's on Offer:
