We are currently looking for Class Support Assistants / Supply Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Haywards Heath.
This role is ideal for individuals who are studying education-related courses and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working flexibly.
The Role
As a Class Support Assistant, you will:
Support the teacher in the classroom
Work with small groups of students or provide 1:1 support
Help create a positive learning environment
Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support
Requirements
Available to work at least 3 days per week
Interest in working with children and young people
Currently studying or completed an education-related qualification such as:
CACHE Level 2
CACHE Level 3
NCFE - Supporting Teaching and Learning
Other education or childcare courses
What We're Looking For
Reliable and enthusiastic individuals
Strong communication skills
A passion for supporting students in their learning
Previous school or childcare experience is beneficial but not essential
