The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs
Assist students during practical lessons, including outdoor land-based activities and animal care
Support students in developing confidence, independence, and life skills
Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and approaches
Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment, particularly during practical sessions
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience supporting young people, ideally within an SEN or educational setting
Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Have an interest in agriculture, animal care, or land-based studies
Be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting learners with additional needs
Be a strong team player with good communication skills
