Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- 1-10 years of experience in a site engineering or project engineering role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and engineering principles.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of site-based engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve any issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor and track the progress of construction activities, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project specifications to support project planning and execution.
