Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marine/Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 1-10 years in maritime or civil engineering projects.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Beneficial requirements: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit), and knowledge of safety standards.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Duties and responsibilities: - Project Management: Oversee the execution of maritime engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Design and Engineering: Contribute technical expertise in the design and development of maritime systems and structures.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to maritime safety standards and regulations throughout project phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact between internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
