The Role
An established business is looking for a confident and proactive Technical Sales Administrator to support its sales team and develop customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Maintaining contact with existing, previous and potential customers by phone and email.

Identifying key decision-makers and generating new sales leads.

Providing customers with relevant product information.

Following up on enquiries and quotes to identify sales opportunities.

Promoting new products to existing and potential customers.

Keeping customer records and sales information accurate and up to date.
-
Qualifying leads and passing opportunities to the sales team.

Working closely with colleagues to support sales growth and customer retention.
The Ideal Candidate

Confident, positive and self-motivated.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
-
Resilient and able to remain motivated when faced with rejection.

Organised, accurate and able to prioritise workload.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
-
Experience using CRM or business management systems would be advantageous.
