What Can You Earn?
£32,000 starting base salary
Uncapped commission from day one
Year 1 OTE: £35,000-£40,000
Year 2 OTE: £40,000+

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop your own specialist market and build relationships with schools and education professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining relationships with teachers, candidates and schools
Identifying and attracting high-quality education professionals
Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients
Managing candidate registration, interviews and placements
Matching talented teachers and support staff with suitable school opportunities
Negotiating placements and generating revenue
Working towards individual and team targets
Developing your market knowledge and growing your own recruitment desk
You'll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to negotiation and placement.
