Essential Requirement
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification that is recognised as ‘full and relevant’ under current Department for Education (DfE) guidance.
The Role
Working as part of the school's Early Years team, you will:

Support children with their learning and development through engaging, play-based activities

Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

Support children's communication, confidence and independence

Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team

Provide individual and small-group support

Support children's personal care and daily routines where required

Follow all safeguarding and school policies
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Holds a DfE-recognised full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

Has experience working within an Early Years setting

Has a good understanding of the EYFS

Is caring, patient and enthusiastic

Can build positive relationships with children and colleagues
-
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding

Is reliable, proactive and ready to become part of the school team
