📍 South Gyle, Edinburgh - office-based with free on-site parking
🕘 Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm | Full-time
📅 Long-term temporary contracts until May 2027, with potential extensions and possible permanent opportunities.

📞 What will you be doing?
Helping customers with their enquiries and providing excellent service.
Communicating professionally over the phone and supporting customers with their needs.
Resolving queries and ensuring information is recorded accurately.
Learning new systems, products and processes within a supportive team environment.We're keen to hear from people with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, healthcare, administration or any customer-facing role where communication, reliability and a willingness to learn are important.
