Playworker | Flexible After School & Breakfast Club Shifts | £14.25-£16.65 per hour | Sawbridgeworth, CM21
Are you a Playworker looking for flexible work around other commitments? Reeson Education is recruiting for a school club in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. Most shifts are in the after school club from 3:00-6:00pm, with occasional breakfast club shifts from 7:30-9:00am.
This is a zero-hours, ad-hoc role. Shifts are offered as and when cover is needed, with no guaranteed weekly hours. Sometimes we may call on the day, so this would suit a Playworker who lives locally and can respond at short notice.

Position: Playworker
Pay: £14.25-£16.65 per hour, depending on the booking
Location: Sawbridgeworth, CM21
Hours: After school 3:00-6:00pm; occasional breakfast club 7:30-9:00am
Working pattern: Flexible, zero-hours coverAs a Playworker, you'll help children enjoy a safe, welcoming club before or after the school day.
Key Responsibilities for a Playworker:
Supervise children and lead games, crafts and other play activities.
Encourage children to take part and build positive friendships.
Help with snacks, club routines and tidying the space.
Follow safeguarding procedures and work closely with the club team.What We're Looking For in a Playworker:
Experience in playwork, childcare, a school club or a similar setting.
A reliable, friendly approach and confidence supervising groups of children.
Availability for occasional short-notice shifts, including possible same-day calls.
