Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Graduate Learning Support Assistant in Hatfield.
You'll gain practical school experience while supporting pupils who need additional help with learning, confidence or communication.
Day-to-day duties include:
Helping pupils understand tasks and stay engaged.
Supporting individual pupils and small groups.
Encouraging independence rather than completing work for pupils.
Working with teachers to adapt resources.
Providing patient, consistent encouragement.
Graduates in psychology, education, sociology, English, sports science and related subjects are welcome. Previous mentoring, tutoring, coaching or volunteering experience would be useful.
No previous Teaching Assistant job is required. Pay is £100 per day. Apply with your CV.
