We're recruiting for an experienced Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a housing association in Nottingham on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will involve carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, alongside other general multi-trade works where required.
The Role:
Carrying out day-to-day carpentry repairs and maintenance
Working across social housing properties in Nottingham
Completing associated multi-trade repairs as required
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Van and fuel card provided from day oneRequirements:
Strong carpentry background
Previous social housing experience essential
Competent in additional trades / general maintenance
Previous repairs and maintenance experience
Ability to work independently across occupied propertiesWhat's on Offer:
