Join a well-established social housing contractor on a temp-to-perm contract as a Painter, working across social housing properties in Newark.

The Painter role is offering:
• £20 per hour during the temporary period
• £30,000 per year once permanent
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Monday-Friday working hours
• Consistent workload
• Permanent, secure employment once transferred
• Own car required
As a Painter, you will be:
• Carrying out painting and decorating work across social housing properties
• Preparing surfaces before painting
• Applying paint and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors and woodwork
• Carrying out patch repairs and making good surfaces
• Working across occupied and empty properties
• Completing work to a high standard
I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience as a Painter and Decorator
• Social housing or domestic painting experience
• Good preparation and finishing skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• A full UK driving licence
• Your own car for travelling between properties
Location & travel
This role covers Newark and surrounding areas, working across social housing properties. You will need your own car to travel between jobs.
