Pit Bottom Operative - Pipejacking / Tunnelling

Finish Date: Approximately 18th January 2027

We are looking for an experienced Pit Bottom Operative to join an Active Tunnelling project at Meash Rd 3, starting 26th October and running until approximately 18th January.
Duties will include:
Working at pit/shaft bottom level
Supporting pipejacking operations
Assisting the miners and tunnelling team
Working within shafts and pits
Assisting with the movement of pipes, materials and equipment
Carrying out general tunnelling and underground duties
Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pit Bottom Operative
Previous pipejacking experience
Experience working within shafts and pits
Previous tunnelling experience
Relevant site/tunnelling qualifications
Good understanding of underground working and site safety
