Top Man - Pipejacking / Tunnelling

We are looking for an experienced Top Man to join an Active Tunnelling project at Riv Mease, starting 2nd November through to 28th December.
Duties will include:
Working at surface level supporting shaft and pit operations
Supporting the miners and Pit Bottom team
Assisting with pipejacking and tunnelling operations
Coordinating the movement of materials, pipes and equipment in and out of the shaft
Communicating effectively with the team working below
Keeping the working area organised and safe
Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Top Man on tunnelling or shaft projects
Previous pipejacking experience
Experience working around shafts and pits
Good understanding of tunnelling and underground operations
Relevant site/tunnelling qualifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and safety-consciousDuration: 2nd November to 28th December 2026
