The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner – Setter- Programmer to join the skilled team, to produce low volume batch production. — each component is unique, offering variety and challenge on a daily basis. You’ll be responsible for, setting, proving out and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring complex aerospace parts are produced accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibility

Work independently on Mazak and Fanuc controls.

Interpret technical engineering drawings to develop machining strategies.

Devise effective workholding solutions for bespoke components.

Program, set and operate CNC Lathes to produce precision aerospace components.

Ensure all work meets tight tolerances and quality standards.

Work collaboratively with engineers and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a CNC turner in a high-precision, low-volume environment.

Ability to work from complex technical drawings with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with one or more of the following controls, Mazatrol, and Fanuc control systems.

Aerospace machining experience preferred.
