Workshop Controller – Beckenham
We are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller, Senior Service Advisor, Workshop Coordinator or Aftersales Controller to join a busy independent garage in Beckenham. Applicants must have strong automotive aftersales experience, be confident allocating work to Technicians, managing parts and quotations, handling customers and supporting the day-to-day workshop operation. A Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
Job Details:
Location: Beckenham
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic
Bonus: Annual performance-related bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, usually finishing around 5:30pm depending on workload. 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm

Previous Workshop Controller, Senior Service Advisor or strong automotive aftersales experience
Experience coordinating Technician workloads within a garage or workshop
Confident dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries
Strong knowledge of quotations and parts ordering
Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise workshop requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working within a busy independent garage environment
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
