SC Cleared Electrician
Location: Southwest
Rate: £28 - £33 hourly rate

The Role
We are currently looking for a fully qualified, SC Cleared Electrician to join a busy project team working on a secure site. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and testing works while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and repair works across the site.

Install and maintain electrical systems, containment, cabling, lighting and associated equipment.

Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Carry out inspection, testing and fault finding where required.

Complete electrical works in accordance with current regulations and project specifications.

Work closely with other trades and site management to ensure works are completed safely and on programme.

Complete relevant paperwork, permits and site documentation.

Maintain a high standard of health, safety and quality at all times.
Requirements
-
Fully qualified Electrician – NVQ Level 3 / equivalent.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
-
AM2 where applicable.
-
Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)

Valid SC Clearance – essential.
-
Relevant commercial/industrial or construction electrical experience.

Strong understanding of electrical health & safety requirements.
-
Able to work independently and as part of a wider site team
