Architectural Technologist

Salary: £28-34,000
A dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join their team in Buckinghamshire. Responsibilities:
- Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings from planning through to construction
- Develop construction packages, technical details, schedules, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning conditions, and technical standards
- Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to support project delivery
- Assist with technical problem-solving throughout all RIBA stages
- Use AutoCAD to a high technical standard
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Sufficient experience working in a UK architectural practice
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building construction and detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Proactive, organised, and keen to continue developing technically and professionally
