Part II Architectural Assistant - Oxfordshire
£30,000-£35,000 DOE | Permanent | 5 days a week office-based
An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, primarily within existing buildings.
This role would suit a Part II who is keen to develop their technical experience, enjoys working collaboratively and wants to gain valuable exposure across projects from concept through to completion.
What were looking for:
Part II Architectural Assistant with UK experience
Strong Revit skills
Experience or a genuine interest in the healthcare sector
Some existing knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Strong technical drawing and detailing skills
Experience or exposure to refurbishments and/or fit-outs
Ideally some experience across RIBA Stages 4-5
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Confidence working as part of a team and developing greater independence
This is a fully office-based role in Oxfordshire, offering £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, and with great room for progression and support to do your part III if that is what you want.
