Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
A growing recruitment business is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with 2+ years’ experience and a passion for business development. If you’re confident building your own desk, winning clients, and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment — this role gives you the freedom (and commission) to thrive.
The Role

Win new clients through proactive business development

Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline

Run the full 360 recruitment process

Match candidates to roles quickly and accurately

Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates

Hit KPIs and drive your billings
About You

2+ years’ experience as a 360 recruiter with proven billings

Confident in winning and growing accounts

Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles at once

Resilient, proactive and target‑driven
-
CRM/job boards experience is beneficial
