Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Braintree Town Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join our established, growing Recruitment Agency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruitment divisions by taking ownership of candidate attraction, engagement and pipeline management across the business. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who is proactive, highly organised and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively source and attract candidates across multiple divisions

Manage incoming applications and candidate enquiries

Reactivate existing candidates from our database

Conduct candidate registrations and initial screening

Build and maintain strong, up-to-date candidate pipelines

Manage candidate availability and ongoing communication

Coordinate & conduct registrations, interviews and appointments

Greet and welcome candidates, clients and other office visitors

Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance information

Support consultants with urgent candidate requirements and sourcing activity

General administrative tasks

Previous recruitment, resourcing, customer service or people-focused experience would be advantageous
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE
